Water Safety Instructor, American Red Cross
Mrs. Carp
My name is Kelly Carpenter and Mrs. Carp’s School for Fishies is located in my back yard on the south side of Denton, TX. I love it when I am able to help little fishies overcome their fear of the water! I am American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certified, swam competitively younger, was a certified lifeguard for 10 years and have taught swimming lessons cumulatively for over 10 years.
My goal is to teach your fishy to swim confidently. While fun and games are part of the lesson, water safety and learning swimming survival skills are the primary focus and fishies are challenged to do hard things. I love every fishy dearly, which is why water safety is so serious when your fishy is with me. We work hard, but we celebrate victories just as fiercely and it brings me so much joy to see my fishies confidently swim on their own!
At The Swim School
Parents are welcome to stay, but fishies that are timid or scared typically do better when when left with Mrs. Carp and love to show off what they learned at the end of the lesson.
Mrs. Carp will also come! to you! Email her for more details here.
