Things to consider

If your fishy has been swimming with floaties or any other floatation device, it will be difficult for them to transition without them. Most fishies struggle the longer they go with floatation devices and feeling confident to swim independently. Despite wanting your fishy to learn to swim in early summer, please be prepared for anxious fishies that may result in outbursts. To avoid these scenarios, practice swimming with your fishy without floatation devices prior to lessons so that they feel comfortable in the water and getting their head wet.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel prior to 2 weeks from your session start dates, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 2 weeks prior to session start date, you will be refunded your payment minus a $25 cancellation fee per each session cancelled.  If you cancel within 2 weeks of your lesson, we are unable to refund you, but you may reschedule your lessons.  If your child is sick prior to a lesson (diarrhea, vomiting or proof of a positive COVID test in the immediate family) we will reschedule at no additional fee.   If there is inclement weather, pool issues, or Mrs. Carp has to cancel you may opt for a full refund or reschedule.

Lesson Sessions are for 3 days, Wednesday through Friday. You choose the Wednesday you would like to start lessons and we keep that time through Friday.

Once you complete your checkout, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Your appointment will be reserved for 24 hours pending completion of payment.
